About ATW
ATW works with a select group of talented professionals in order to give the best personal management service tailored to the needs of each individual.
Andrew Wilson has worked in the media industry for over ten years and brings a wealth of experience from all areas of production to his role as agent working across music, factual television and comedy. In a diverse world where the lines between genres are blurred and traditional commissioning and revenue streams are disappearing, each client benefits from this broad expertise and contact base developing alternative sources of revenue.
As well as representing and managing clients, Andrew also develops and produces a variety of projects across television, music, print media, the web and live performance, in the UK and worldwide.
A talent agent, as defined by Andrew Wilson in a moment of clarity, almost:
A talent agent may have his contacts, his immensely popular clients, his personable manner, his gift of the gab, but what really marks one agent from another is taste and judgement. I have to believe in the person or the project first and foremost, I then see how they can be best served to reap maximum rewards. Just as a record, a DVD collection or a bookshelf tells you something about the owner, so a client-list tells you something about the agent. My client list is a reflection of my taste, a reflection of who I am, what I think is good, what I think is worth investing time in. Not all my clients will be to everyone's taste, just as my records, DVDs and books may not be, but I'm proud to represent every one of them because first and foremost I like what they do.
If you've got talent and you think I'll like what you do too, whatever branch of entertainment you work in, do feel free get in touch.
ATW enterprises works closely with several media organisations, and in particular many clients benefit from the services of PR company Burr Media. Please visit www.burrmedia.co.uk for more information.

Michael Spicer was born in Barking, Essex. Despite this setback at an early age, Michael persevered.
He started writing situation comedies at the age of 15 and received many kind letters of rejection from London Weekend Television. By 18 he was attracting the attentions of the BBC with his comedy plays. At the age of 19, Michael got a sketch onto the last ever series of Spitting Image - but they changed the punchline and so didnt pay him. He's not bitter.
After university, Michael began making short films. One was selected for the Raindance Film Festival, two received funding from the UK Film Council and another won Michael the Emerging Comedy Talent award at the 2008 Hamptons International Film Festival in New York. Michael's latest short film, How I Learned to Love Richard Gere, continues to be shown around the world at various festivals. Mr Gere's views on the film are unknown.
In 2003, Michael co-wrote and performed a play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival entitled Soft Toys, set in a department store. The Scotsman described Michael as having 'a great gift for deadpan comedy' while Paramount Comedy called him 'a fine comedy actor'. A woman fainted in the front row once, although that may have had something to do with the lack of air conditioning rather than Michael's performance.
As well as being a freelance journalist for a variety of national publications, Michael has written and performed his own sketches for Channel 4 Radio's once-flagship comedy programme, Comedy Spinner, and appeared in an E4 comedy pilot entitled Lifeskills alongside a cast of young British comic talent.
Michael is building a strong following online with his many viral videos. On Twitter _MrMichaelSpicer is followed by such comedy legends as Matt Lucas, Armando Iannucci, Chris Addison, Graham Linehan and more. They can't all be wrong.

James Hyman is the mash-up master. Whether Djing live, broadcasting across the airwaves or producing one of his infamous killer mix-tapes, James has always got a surprise for the discerning listener.
James began his career at MTV in 1988, just as dance music was sweeping the nation and Britain was in the throes of the second Summer of Love. As producer of MTV's dance music output in the UK for the next twelve years, James saw first hand and, in his own small way, helped shape the British dance music scene in the 90s, breaking records and interviewing artists long before they became household names.
Always keen to bring something new to his audience, James wanted to play the underground re-mixes of contemporary hits; easy enough in a club or on the radio, but not so easy when you need a video that doesn't exist. And so James's career as a video re-mixer was born, re-interpreting existing videos for the new versions of songs.
His mix tapes are the stuff of legend. In 2004 his James Bond-inspired promo CD was picked up on by the Daily Telegraph and made it into their Top 5 Albums of the Year! Tarantino says "OK, James Hyman knows more about music than me!", Kanye West called him "one of the illest DJs" he'd ever met - and who are we to argue?
Added to all this he's found time to present shows on Xfm, Channel 4 and the Sci-Fi Channel. He also puts his knowledge to good use as a regular guest expert and talking head on various terrestrial and satellite channels. He is currently producing a documentary for BBC Two about the song "My Way" with Paul Anka.
With an insane personal record and DVD collection of over 100,000 and 200,000 magazines, when it comes to popular culture there really is no one more qualified!
Kelly-Anne - actress, presenter and personality
Kelly-Anne is an American actress best known for her tour de force performances as the eponymous character in the online sitcom Chelsey: OMG! and resident sidekick in Dick & Dom's Funny Business .
Produced by renowned comedy production company Channel X, Chelsey: OMG! follows the trials and tribulations of a young American girl trying to make her way in the London fashion scene. The series was launched on social networking site Bebo in October 2008 and thanks to Kelly's charm, 100-mile-an-hour delivery and natural comic timing it soon scored 2m views.
Chelsey speaks the language of the new breed of "frat girl" and has introduced the world to some of the more ludicrous acronyms in the English vernacular. So if you don't know your ATBF (All-Time Best Friend) from your NWE (New Worst Enemy) it's about time you checked it out...
In 2011 Kelly-Anne appeared as the resident sidekick in Dick & Dom's Funny Business on BBC 2 and CBBC. The series is produced by BBC Comedy and once again makes use of Kelly's remarkable comic talent, this time as the confused next door neighbour, once again giving us a reason to tune into children's TV on a Saturday morning!
Kelly-Anne has recently shot a new comedy pilot for BBC Comedy and is currently filming a comedy series for MTV.

Jamie Rickers is the outrageously adorable face of Nickelodeon in the UK and the eponymous star of Jamie & Anna's Big Weekend and summer hit Camp Orange , which included presenting a live show in front of 22,000 fans at SkyFest! He joined Nickelodeon in 2010 after five wonderful years hosting CITV's number 1 weekend show Toonattik - the firm favourite with kids across the UK. He is also renowned for his inimitable stints on CiTV's Prove It and a whole host of Movie Specials. Needless to say Jamie Rickers is a ubiquitous face recognised by every child in the UK!
Jamie's TV career started out from humble beginnings with the classic and inspiring tale of tearoom to the TV studio. Fresh from university with a BA Honours Music & Drama degree, Jamie went on to work as researcher and celebrity booker, finally getting his break in 2000 when he joined GMTV and produced and presented the popular weekend kids show Up On The Roof .
Jamie also landed the role of presenter on CBBC's game show All or Nothing and in 2003 he became presenter on CiTV's factual entertainment programme, The Yuk Show . Jamie is always on the go and can put his stamina down to his sporting activities in his youth, when he was British Judo Champion for his weight division three times!
The Blowfish - wildlife presenter
He has variously been described as a "Nutkins for now" and the "bastard offspring of Steve Irwin and Ozzy Osborne" - but all we know is he's the heavy metal-loving marine biologist The Blowfish !
The son of a respected veterinary surgeon, The Blowfish learnt the value and beauty of animals from a young age and now he devotes himself to teaching the wonder of wildlife and the importance of conservation to young people. A regular contributor to Blue Peter , he recently hosted his own strand, 'Be A Beastie', in which he pitted the wits and physical attributes of the presenters against those of the animal kingdom.
The subject closest to his heart, of course, is the sea. As a fully trained BSAC Diver and PADI Dive Master, The Blowfish knows all too well the perilous state of our oceans. The latest research suggests the coral reefs could die out completely in the next quarter of a century. But The Blowfish isn't just going to swim by and let that happen.
The Blowfish, a.k.a. Tom Hird, has contributed to Marine World Magazine and presented educational films for The Shark Trust , a charity that works for the conservation of sharks. In 2011 he was invited by Marks & Spencer to take part in its fish education programme, School of Fish , presenting live events and Blogging for the website.
When not saving the seas The Blowfish can be found checking out the latest gadgets and games, making him the perfect presenter for The Cool Stuff Collective . He is currently presenting series 3 of the hit show for CITV.
Fran Scott - Science Presenter
Fran loves science and loves to talk. She has a Master's and First Class Degree in Neuroscience, but this doesn't stop her calling a spade a spade. Her skills lie not only in understanding complex science, but also in translating it into plain, simple jargon-free English so that non-geeky non-scientists can also get in on the action. She's found the best way to do this is through designing demonstrations and stunts that prove her scientific point and, in her book, bigger is certainly better.
Over the past 6 years she's designed demos for the Science Museum, BBC live stage shows and numerous television productions including Richard Hammond's Blast Lab (CBBC, September Films) Bang Goes the Theory (BBC1), Engineering Connections (Nat Geo/ BBC2, Darlow Smithson) and The Great British Weather (BBC1, Love Productions). In January 2012 she was an integral member of the BBC's Stargazing Live team, presenting a Big Screen Event to city centres around the UK and co-presenting a schools special with Prof. Brian Cox on the red button.
Fran also likes to show off her demos and talk about them (of course!) and she has presented live shows alongside Richard Hammond, Prof. Robert Winston, and has performed shows at the Science Museum, Royal Institution and Cheltenham Science Festival. She has also presented the Horrible Science live show, for which she was the science consultant.
Fran is a scientist not affaid to get her hands dirty, and while other scientists spend their days in pristine labs, Fran can often be found knee high in cornflour, fighting with pyrotechnics or surrounded by her infamous orange goo. And she loves it!

He graduated as a scholar from the Purcell School of Music, the Guildhall School of Music and Switzerland'’s Berne Conservatoire before turning fully professional, beginning as a concert soloist with the Berne Symphony Orchestra and then leading the Heidelberg Chamber Orchestra.
On October 18 2010 Lewis wrote himself into the Guinness Book of Records by becoming the fastest violin player ever. He performed Flight of the Bumblebee live on BBC1's Blue Peter in 01:03:356, knocking nearly a second off the previous record.

Jamie Stangroom - music journalist and reporter on all things yoof
Jamie Stangroom is a music journalist, radio presenter and former tea maker at the BBC. As New Music Expert on the Up All Night Show for BBC Radio Five Live, if you are an insomniac or a milkman you may have heard him broadcasting during those twilight hours between Rapid Eye Movement and waking, between consciousness and alcohol-fuelled inebriation.
But 200 plus interviews later, including first ever radio interviews with The XX and Ellie Goulding, it's still going strong. He's also threatened to de-rail shows with Gethin Jones, Gabby Logan, Victoria Derbyshire and a four hour live co-present from the Big Chill festival with Dotun Adebayo. He even recorded a string of music interviews for the BBC News Channel's E24 , contributing to its untimely demise.
But this was a mere detour for his work on radio was far from done. Firstly he was given his own show on 5 Live, called ‘The Sound of 2010 . It was about the music of 2010. Honest. Then, in May 2011, his biggest challenge to date: Music & Football Don't Mix . Charged with doing what was previously considered impossible, Jamie accepted the challenge of putting together a supergroup of footballers to record a song good enough to be played on Radio 1. With the help of Florent Malouda, Dion Dublin, Jermaine Defoe, Nobby Solano and more, not only did Jamie succeed, a one-hour documentary of his exploits was broadcast on 5 Live.
What they say:
"A roller coaster" SLASH "Awesome" JAMES DEAN BRADFIELD
"Exhilarating" TINIE TEMPAH "You can sit on my lap if you want" CEE LO GREEN
"Are you always this annoying?" Anthony Daniels a.k.a. C3P0 from Star Wars
"You have incredible knees" JOSH HOMME "I like your thighs" DAVE GROHL
Sarah Beynon - Entomologist and Wildlife Presenter
Sarah Beynon is an exciting new wildlife presenter and the queen of creepy-crawlies! She is in the process of completing her Doctorate in Entomology (insects) at Jesus College, Oxford. In the course of her research she has travelled the globe studying insects and other wildlife, to places including Zambia, Indonesia and various countries in South and Central America.
However, she is never happier than when she has her hand in a pile of dung (searching for dung beetles!) on her farm in Pembrokeshire. Growing up on the farm Sarah became fascinated by the role played by insects in the ecosystem and is now undertaking pioneering research on ecosystem services provided by insects and natural alternative to pesticides. She is passionate about the future of farming in the UK and is actively involved in researching sustainable farming systems.
Sarah has had papers published in international academic journals and is also passionate about communicating her research to the general public through a variety of media. Her love of wildlife and enthusiasm for conservation has transferred effortlessly to television. She first appeared in Not In My Nature for BBC Wales in which she introduced a group of nature rookies to the wonders of sticking their hands into dung to find out what insects are flourishing inside. In 2010 Countryfile broadcast a feature on her doctoral research and then, in November 2011, she was sent to Zambia to cover the devouring of a hippo carcass in Channel 4's Hippo: Natures Wild Feast .
Young, attractive and engaging, Sarah is a unique and exciting Natural History broadcaster who can find beauty in some of natures strangest creatures.
